Comic-Con is on. Tens of thousands of fans have started streaming in to the San Diego Convention Center for the gathering of all things geek. Toys, comics, artwork, costume contests and gaming are a big part of the agenda for the four-day event that runs through Sunday. And then of course there’s the Hollywood hoopla hyping movies such as “The Hobbit” and “Man of Steel” and an assortment of TV shows including “Breaking Bad,” “Game of Thrones” and “Big Bang Theory.”
We caught up with some of the first-day fans — including a guy from Australia who came dressed as the Riddler — to find out why they came, what they were most looking forward to, and how they were passing the time in line. Watch the video to meet some of those flocking to this nerd nirvana.
