‘Batman’ No. 686

Written by Neil Gaiman, 2009's "Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader?" was published in "Batman" No. 686 and "Detective Comics" No. 853, Meant to be the "final" issues of the series, it was an homage to Alan Moore's "last" Superman story, "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow?"
