"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1" (Warner Bros)
After years of waiting, fans of massively multiplayer games can finally visit Gotham City and Metropolis — but they’re not getting closer to the corridors of Hogwarts.
The Tuesday launch of DC Universe Online is high stakes for both developer/publisher Sony Online Entertainment and DC’s parent, Warner Bros. , but it turns out that it’s not their only dream project when it comes to massively multiplayer online (MMO) video games. In 2007, Warner and Sony were in negotiations to do an MMO based in the world of Harry Potter, according to people familiar with the business dealings.
The publishing and movie phenomenon would have been the perfect property to draw young players and fantasy fans of all ages into an online world where they could cast spells, attend Hogwarts and battle Voldemort together. However, the negotiations fell apart and Harry Potter MMO remains a pipe dream. That may change, though: Warner Bros. and author J.K. Rowling have expressed an intense focus on keeping Harry Potter alive across the media landscape for years to come and a global online video game still makes a lot of sense, whenever it launches.

I need an agent: Paradise Montana, An Original Screenplay By Mark Anthony Given Copyright 2010
Brought together under the Big Sky of Montana by lust, wanderlust and suicide, after a first night out bar hopping DEBBIE tells MARK that she has came to Montana with her 12 year old daughter BRITNI to kill herself and her daughter on her 40th birthday. "Paradise Montana" is “memory play” akin to Tennessee William’s “Glass Menagerie,” and character and dialog of Elmore Leonard loosely described as “Lolita meets On the Road.” You will question whether MARK should be Knighted or jailed at the end of the film.

It would be cool if we can choose different schools to go to from different countries, then take the classes and unravel mysteries from the school. There can be a new Dark Wizard or several around the world. There can be triwizard tournaments or other events like this, and basically use every magical place we have in the books/movie and integrate it into the game somehow.
Last year, WB aquired MMO Developer Turbine. What is known is that a some Developers that were working on Lord of the Rings online are still with the company, but attached to an unannounced project. Expect the announcement this year, and expect it to follow turbine's free-to-play model (meaning that in addition to the store for items in a game, you can buy regions/parts of the game a la carte).
Amazing and scary!!!!!!!!!!
I believe that building a harry potter mmo game would be easier than they think. Whatever they are thinking is hard im sure they are mistaken. All they need is programmers game designers, people to create the charactors, annd a few others i might have not known about. JK Rowling needs to stop thinking about her biographies and just stop and think about this. Im no expert on creating games but one if my friends have created a game and she was only in fifth grade at the time. Either way, someone will make the game, if warner brothers can make a fountain with running water from scratch im positive they can make stairs move.
