King of Tokyo, $39.99: Robots! Aliens! Monsters! The goal is to destroy Tokyo or defeat your mutant/robotic opponents, whichever happens first. Basically, you just have to break and kill things, and the clever cards add a little strategy to the dice-rolling formula. It’s fast-paced, good for kids and the look of the colorful cutouts is part old monster movie and part “Rampage.” (Iello Games)
