Dwayne Johnson is preparing for a villainous turn. The popular actor, who most recently appeared on screen in July’s “Hercules” for director Brett Ratner, will play Black Adam in the upcoming “Shazam” movie based on the famous DC Comics character. Johnson also will produce the film, with Darren Lemke (“Jack the Giant Slayer”) set to write the script for the New Line project, which Warner Bros. will distribute.
