“The Hunger Games” heroine Katniss Everdeen takes the spotlight on the cover of the latest issue of the Hero Complex print magazine, available now. The lead story in the issue takes a look at the new wave of empowered young women in genre films — not just “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence, who returns to the arena in November’s anticipated sequel “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” but also “Divergent’s” Shailene Woodley and “Ender’s Game” actress Hailee Steinfeld.
