LinkWhat happens when a show founded on the science of hypothetical battles between knights, ninjas, gangsters and centurions swaps swords and guns for fangs and claws? Fans of Spike TV’s “Deadliest Warrior” series are likely to find out Wednesday when the show, in the second half of the 2-1/2-hour season finale, will pit vampires versus zombies in a bloody battle to the death. Airing at 9 p.m. PDT, the two classic horror movie monsters will spar to determine who has the bigger, badder bite and more skull-crushing strength.
On a visit to the set of the season finale earlier this year, hosts Richard “Mack” Machowicz, Geoff Desmoulin and medical expert Dr. Armand Dorian were busy trying out an arsenal of mechanically propelled limbs and sharp-toothed animals (and reptiles) designed to mimic the damage supposedly inflicted by both sides.
“Every nerd has this argument at least once after every episode of ‘The Walking Dead,’” said vampire expert Steve Niles, referring to the hit AMC series about a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by zombies. “It’s kind of interesting to turn into some sort of fact so we can at least address it and see who would win.”
The comic book writer is best known for vampire-themed projects like “30 Days of Night” and “Criminal Macabre.” As one member of the finale’s panel of experts, his job is to not only comment on the validity of the tests being used, but also to relate his studies on vampire lore to what people are watching at home. Ultimately, he says a vampire’s smarts, strength and sophistication would make the creature more likely to win a match against any lumbering zombie.
Niles will be joined on the panel by Scott Bowen, author of “The Vampire Survival Guide: How to Fight, and Win, Against the Undead.” The opposing experts on team zombie include Matt Mogk, founder of the Zombie Research Society (yes, that is a real thing) and Max Brooks, author of “The Zombie Survival Guide” and post-apocalyptic horror novel “World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War.”
Each side has its hopes pinned on the fundamental differences between wandering diseased corpses and cunning undead stalkers of the night.
“The zombie is inherently biological; the vampire is more fantastical,” Mogk said. “It’s basically a virus versus a predator.”
Mogk would know. After studying horror cinema and zombies at NYU (he wrote a master’s thesis on them), he started the Zombie Research Society in 2007 with the goal of advancing zombie scholarship in the arts and sciences. That means promoting zombie movies and television shows and assembling an advisory board that includes neuroscientists, the co-director of education at Harvard and even legendary horror director George Romero. Their motto: What you don’t know can eat you.

Armand Dorian, left, and hosts Geoff Desmoulin and Richard “Mack” Machowicz on the set of "Deadliest Warrior." (Spike TV)
In the dim light of the “Deadliest Warrior” set, hosts Machowicz and Desmoulin prepare to analyze simulated battle tests against blood-filled zombie dummies and bite-pressure gauges that try (and in most cases fail) to withstand the raw power of both vampire and zombie attacks. Though the inevitable bonanza of bloodshed is what draws most fans of both of these monsters, Brooks’ flesh-eating fixation came from an innate fear of them stemming from his childhood.
“I am not a zombie fan,” Brooks said in an on-set interview. “ I hate them with a passion. I fear and loathe them.”
The son of award-winning actor/director Mel Brooks, the younger Brooks used to think up scenarios involving what he’d do in the event of a zombie outbreak when he was a kid. During Y2K, that morphed into scenarios about a zombie apocalypse and if he was to survive, how he would do it. Naturally, that led him to search out a book on the subject before eventually working up “The Zombie Survival Guide.”
“I looked and looked and realized that everyone who could have written one was probably out having a life,” Brooks said. “I did not have that problem. So I decided to write it myself.”
Aside from the gory ways to have fun with the final episode, there’s still the question of what kinds of vampires and zombies will be used as test subjects. Obviously there’s a bit of a difference between Robert Pattinson’s brooding gentleman in author Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” saga and the demonic figures that populate Niles’ “30 Days of Night.” Same goes for zombies. Are we talking about legions of quick-sprinting “infected” or the classic model a la “Dawn of the Dead”? The rule of thumb seems to be to keep an eye toward tradition, though experts spend time on the episode delving into the biology of how each monster is able to survive.
“The goal was to make a composite of different kinds of zombies and vampires to come up with the most realistic,” Niles said.
The finale breaks down some of the finer points of what this battle would ultimately look like using testable data, but in the end, the fantasy element leaves plenty of room for bias on both teams.
“I think ‘Twilight’ fans are going to be way disappointed when they see this,” Brooks said. “But I’m glad I’m facing off against Steve Niles and not Stephenie Meyer. We would have an issue.”

I’ve been recently thinking the very same point myself lately. Pleased to see a person on the same wavelength! Nice article.
VAMPIRES ALL THE WAY, I always did want to see these 30 days of night Vampires vs Zombies however I was expecting them to be more savage though. Now I know who won can these apex predators the vampires take on the alpha beasts the werewolves. I would love to see this fight on DEADLIEST WARRIOR.
I guess it depends on the type of zombie or vampire, but zombies generally travel in hordes and feel no pain (also twilight sucks) so I have to say ZOMBIES!!!!
Did they use Geoff's head to create the mold for the zombie heads?
dude vamps won. i to thout zombies would win.I saw the episode . there where 3 vamps 129 zombies 2 vamps died.
Assuming all humans have been wiped out by vampires and zombies, then the zombies win the battle. Zombies don't need anything to keep lumbeirng on. The more they kill, the greater their numbers grow. Vampires need blood and zombies have none. Vampires need to hide from the sun and zombies don't. Zombies will simply outlast the vampires and win.
vamps don't live on human blood alone
neither do zombies
yes actually Zombies NEED human Flesh. as it says so in the zombie survival guide.
Read it again. It says that they go after it as if they need it but can't digest it so it is usless to them.
Yeah, but a zombie will eventually fester into nothingness- even if they feed on animals. Vampires just need to hide out and drink rat blood until the Zombies have rotted into piles of bones that litter the streets.
Not if a zombie hord was to go into a cave where a vampire clan was hiding it would be easy for the vampires to win because they can put the zombies in a trance to kill each other. Also vampires created zombies so they know their every weakness and powers, plus vampires have been around longer than zombies.
yes actually Zombies NEED human Flesh. as it says so in the zombie survival guide.
Wrong it doesnt say they need it, it is there instinct to eat it. They can live for an average of 35 years i'm guessing cause it takes a while to decay the whole system, but they dont need it. you are wrong.
Vampires dont stand a chance
Not all vampires die from sunlight not daywalkers
what happends if the vampires kill the zombies and the zombie's blood goes in the vampires sytstem??
Since vampires have a human mind and flowing blood, the virus will after 20 hours kill the vampire and reanimate it into a zombie
Zombies have blood! Vampires can feed on anything, humans, animals, zombies. Etc. Modern vampires do not need to hide from the sun.
Zombies are slow, a normal human can easily out maneuver a zombie. That said, imagine a vampire doing it. Vampires are intelligent, zombies are mindless morons no intelligence whatsoever.
Vampires can also turn victims to vampires. I don't know why they didn't mention that on the show.
I'd say Vampires will have the upper hand. I mean they're too fast, and smart to be beaten by zombies.
I think Vampires beat zombies in a landslide. They’re stronger, faster, smarter. And they’re already dead, so I doubt the zombies would even take notice of them. If the vampires wanted to save their food source from zombies, they could just walk among them ignored while they destroyed them one by one. Zombies don’t even have an instinct to protect themselves or each other, so they wouldn’t even try to stop them.
And what was that nonsense about a zombies sole purpose being to spread the virus? No, their sole purpose is feeding. If it was spreading the virus, they’d bite you one time and move on.
Also, vampires do not bleed out. Jeez.
I think they tried too hard to make that close. They should have done vampires vs werewolves instead. Now that would be a much closer fight.
Modern zombies are pretty legit to look at Resident Evil and Dead Island or even The Walking Dead, zombies can be fast and very strong plus they feel no pain or fear.
Zombification is usually stronger than vampirism as it can be airborne or spread by touch meaning that vampires would actually become zombies.
Also there are A LOTTTTT more zombies!!!
Zombies Win in my book : ) sorry twi-hards
zombies definitely
Consider the fact that it is necessary for blood to flow through the veins of any moving human (vampires and zombies included) That gives the idea that zombies will still have blood, otherwise their muscles would eventually stop. So that makes it possible for vampires to feed off of zombies. Zombies due not feed on the dead, therefore ruling out the idea of zombies willingly killing a vampires. Simply put, Zombies would make for a perfect supply of food for the vampires.
If the vampires drink zombie blood I think they get infected right?
I always thought zombie infection was stronger than vampire infection.
World War Z established that while zombies feast on human flesh, their bodies don't actually digest it. It also establishes that their blood is dried up and powdery. In the Walking Dead they explain that the zombie virus drives the infected to consume human flesh but they don't use it for energy. That's why zombies eventually rot away.
Vampires can't walk around in daylight. Authors can't change something that fundamental just to get their characters into high school.
ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How do you guys get all the data to Mach what the acters need to do in the fight?
zombies would finally get rid of “edward” and his bunch of twilight familly! hahaha so my edge goes to zombies!
edward would die i 1 sec.
edward rocks
I would like to see a lesbian zombie
look up "L4D witch yuri" on deviantart…
i think that vampires or zombies are going to win
how would slow lumbering zombies that can't go beyond normal human abilities ever win out against cheap vampires that can travel at hyper speed and have superhuman strength? doesn't even seem like a contest. plus how do you kill a vampire as a zombie? how do you expose them to sunlight or stake them through the heart?
You have to take into account that this is not the original type of vampire. Authors have re-vamped the vampire so they are now much more powerful than they should be. What about the types of zombies in left 4 dead? same thing, but they decided not to do a new type of zombie and stick with the original.
zombies will deteriorate and the vamps will win they can start a vamp civilization and drink off animal blood.
vampires aren't alive or human anymore, so zombies wouldn't even aknowladge them. so the only threat that vampires would have is that they didn't see and think that this was a threat to them but i would imagine 6 times smarter at least as well? so i believe it would be easy for them to see and then deal with the threat very easily as they would go literally unnoticed by the zombies like they were trees or another zombie
zombiessss
ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
zombiesss
zombies
vampires UNDERWORLD rules
as much as i hate vampires i sooooo think vampires will win
I like vampires
Zombies are gonna win!! Definetly now lets see werewolves!!!!!!!
vamps all the way! they are faster, stronger, and way more durable.
i would say vampires, its not like i support the twilight but vampires are stronger and faster and i'm pretty sure if there was a horde coming they wouldn't stay to fight plus they are smarter because they have there brain!
I think i should point out that vampires don't have a heart beat so this was a bit inaccurate! SO. if there was blood flow it should be slower then a humans if much at all. so the bleed out should be slown down
I’m glad someone else mentioned this. Vampires do not have a heartbeat. They may have some kind of pressure going to move their blood, but they’re not going to have the same volume pumping out at the same rate as a human with their jugular or carotid ripped out would. I’d think it’d be more of a slow but steady leak/trickle than a gush as shown.
Also, why was there no mention of the fact that vampires can use weapons? Would something intelligent enough to strategise really not take advantage of any suitably sized bits of wood or metal lying around and use them to bust zombie heads open?
How could YOu prove it? Vampires arent real, Neither are zombies really, Unless a Virus Breaks out. I Think That this Whole Program Was bullshit Due to the fact that BOTH DIDNT EXIST. And I agree, The Vampire Was re-vamped as A Hybrid Original/Twilight Shitty Super Strength and Speed, a Original (Like The Zombies) Only had the ability to Transform into a bat (Myth?) And Claw And Also, A Zombie COuld Easily Mob a Vampire and One out of 60 Would Bite ANY part of their Body to Contract a Instant Infection into their Bloodstream and Apparently, a Brain.
i'll say zombies. BRAAAAAIIIIINNNNNSSSSS
No contest ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vampires might have the ability of strength over zombies but till you kill the brain they continue to come
Well, if vampires have super human strenght and brains, then won't they be smart enough to throw items at them?
Besides the strenght and intelligence. Vampires are also much faster, agile and have the ability too heal from any severe wounds or injuries. Zombies don't heal. They just keep on rotting and slowing down the longer they exist do to regamortist. I think the guys at DW didn't think that out well. Vampires will rip em apart. Common sense also tells you anything that is dead staying out on a hot summer day would rot alot faster.Even in winter the walking dead will freeze solid. Also zombies should not be able to sense a vampire because vamps are dead too. Vamps can survive on animals blood if need be.Winner Vamps.
There are no humans for the vampires to feed on to be able to heal. Regamortist doesn't affect zombies other then making them limp around. Decomposition is what eventually gets them but it takes a while unless they are exposed to the right climate. Winter would just freeze them until spring and they would start walking again. Zombies use all of their senses and might mistake a vampire with flowing blood as a human. Those like Anne Rice's have flowing blood or they wouldn't be able to make new vampires. I do agree with you, vampires win in most situations you can put them in.
No contest ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vampires are cool but like yall said they move in hordes and thats just a better advantge
vimpires hell yea
wouldnt vampires biting zombies infect them???
ZOMBIES FTW!!!
I can't figure out where to put my damn vote in >.< wth..Vampires has it.
the thing is. Zombies only feed on human Flesh. as said by the zombie survival guide….
Did you see the episode of "The Walking Dead" where the zombie was eating a deer? They would see vampires as a food source…
I flick my bean to zombies!
vampires would win they rock {go twilight} they have super strenghth are super fast have extremly sharp teeth and they have super sences zombie rock but are slow and stupid compared to vampires and edward from twilight could kill any zombie in his sleep
zombies wil kill all vambs.
ZOMBIESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is outrageous! they are completely messing this up. why do the vampires get claw hands when they talked about zombies fingers being sharp too, but they didnt get claws in the sim? also, they used different "strong men" for the vampires and zombies… variables are being misused! this ALONE throws all credibility of the simulation… ZOMBLERS!
I say Zombies. Even if the Vampire manages to kill a zombie, the virus is still alive, and still capable of creating another zombie. Considering the population of the earth, your speaking almost unlimited zombies!
ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! kino del toten cod
VAMPIRES come on humans can take out zombies with a baseball bat one HIT to the head. Bad match up VAMPIRES VS WEREWOLF would have been better. TRUE BLOOD VAMPIRES = OVERKILL. TWILIGHT vampires suck.
Vampires all the way
From what we know of vampires, They are suppose to have super strength, super speed and intelligence
A vampire is smart enough not to get caught in a crowd of zombies
They could use there speed and strenghth if they have to, To rip apart the zombies
Vampires are cool but zombies like you guys said zombies stay in hordes so so they have better advantge
wouldnt vampires have the immune system of the vulture??
If vampires attack what weapon would you use???
Even though is zombie vs vampire I would prefer Zombie vs Necromorph but hey it was fun for a change on the show.
what a joke because 1 if a vampire stuck his claws in a zombie they would get infected and if your going to use new age vampires why didnt we have new age zombie movies where they move fast
Okay so I have read countless books that state that Vampire blood is impervious to viruses and disease…Was that taken into consideration???
First I would like to say glad vamps won second a vamps heart is not beating so the whole bleeding out thing would not happen. Also a vamp is dead the zombie virus enters the human body while they r alive when they die then they r reanimated a vamp is already dead so the virus would not be able to take hold.
just saw ur show vampire n zombies n of course the dracs win w power n speed against mindless walking zombies. it was no contest that the dracs will win. if u want to SEE who is REALLY deadlist try wearwolfs against drac both hve mind speed claws n teeth but hte wolfs r more vicious than drac n they fear them, try that on ur show n c who will win…
Do you people not know that vampires can go out in the day?
No, only Blade could because of the circumstances surrounding his birth, any other vampire shows that try to portray day walkers are full of crap.
Just wondering.. When the vampire bites the skin off of the zombie and also the zombie biting on the vampire, wouldn't that makes the vampire has the virus as well? or are they is immune to it?? Just finished watching the show and had that question in my head.. XD
what happened to anne rices vampires? they didnt even use them. they only used the most recent vampires in the movies
What the hell it's 9:00pm and it's not on!! Liars
I agree. Zombies will outlast the vamps. Also zombies dont get distracted by “Love”.
Data on a vampire biting a zombie wouldn’t work out in favor to the vampire. Any consumption of dead blood can make a vampire weakened.
Zombies rule!
zombies will win and will out last vampires
ya zombies
Zombies all the way they will kill vampires while they sleep in the daytime
Zombies r totally going to win. GOOOOOOOOOO ZOMBIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m a Zombie type of guy, vampires can’t be out in the day time and a Zombie won’t get tired and won’t stop coming, so that’s why I say, Zombies all the way!!!!
Vampires all the way, they way 2 strong 4 a zombie, letz go vamp’z
What about the Vampires ability to regenerate?
Vampires are goin to win I’m not a twilight fan but just because zombies is more numbers then vampires they would still win vampires
vampires!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you and no im not obsessed with twilight. just look at all the facts they would destroy zombies.
hell ya, vampies live on!!!!!!!!!!!
was it me or was one of the vampires shane daniels from ninja warrior?
Yeah, I think it was Shane Daniels playing one of the vampires.
Yeah, it's not scientific, but vampires vs zombies was already covered in our web series called "Suck And Moan." We launched last year and have been getting good reviews ever since!
very disappointing. DW should just have gotten the directors from shaun of the dead and the twighlight series. no one used textbook abilities not what 2 movie directors "think" what a zombie or vampire can do.. i have completely lost faith in DW to bring acuurate and suffiecent data to the table, instead they should of had their researchers do some actual research, instead of getting some movie directors/ authors todo thier lackey work. modern vampires… these days thats a joke.
The only thing that they didn't mention is vampires are extremely fact superhumn speed, strength. So if the zombies tried to corner a vamp he could run up the wall or jump to safety. They also are strong enough to rip off heads but the are sensitive to sunlight and once down would most likely lose. The one thing that I didn't here is what would the zombie virus do to them?
contest
who won lol
didn't the vampire in the end turn into a zombie?
that was crap, they took the strongest, smartest, and fastest vampire and put it against the slowest stupidest zombie. if they put it against a land of the dead zombie which gets smarter and smarter, or a genetically enhanced resident evil zombie, vampires wouldnt stand a chance
On the episode they made a statement like the Vampire can dislocate its jaw allowing it to bite the Zombie's head with great force. Does this mean that if I dislocate my elbow, I can curl more weight? I thought dislocated joints were a bad thing. Snakes do it to swallow things not chew them.
They tried to compare a vampire bite to a snake opening its mouth extra wide, which is wrong because the snake only opens extra wide to swallow it's prey, not to bite.
What happened to the modern zombies!?!?!? Think 28 days later or Zombieland! Not the slow lumbering Romero zombies, but the "running at full speed" zombies.
What a craptastic contest this episode was!
Vampires would totallly crush, super human athleticism, immune to zombie infection, what can the zombies do? Theyre just like bags 150 year old human flesh bags walking around at 2 mph with nothing better to do
vampire
VAMPIRE SHOULD HAVE ANNILATED THE ZOMBIES BECAUSE (it shouldn't even be a close battle)
1. vampires are undead so why would zombies eat them. zombies won't even attack them even if 1 of their kinds are being killed (they don't work as a team they just happen to go after the same prey)
2. the vampire are undead so the virus shouldn't effect them because it only effect living creatures.
3. In some tale vampires create zombies
4. Vampires are intellegent they can easily get weapons (fire, guns or create strategy)
You know what they should do?
Bloods vs. Crypts c(:
Get off my lawn.
Vampire win easily, all they would have to do is get jump on a high building and if like underworld shoot zombies in the head like Day of the Dead (maybe they could shoot the ones that look like celebrities first like the movie. Zombies may have numbers, but come on no intelligece against in intelligence, give me a break. How could a zombie with no intelligence get to a height he couldn't reach. Shoot, if the vampires were smart they could get a few vampires to lure packs of zombies with vampires on seperate ends from different directions of the packs then annilate them where the numbers wouldn't overwelm them. On top of all this it took I seen the show and look at the difference in time it took for zombie to kill vampire compared to the vampire killing zombies!!!
go on the actual vampire legends. i come from a country where vampire legends came from. they are not sexy powerful or intelligent. they are just like a zombie just they need blood to survive. they are hidious rotting decaying beasts. deadliest warriors need to actually investigate more read the old legends of vampire instead of using the movie vampires. redo the show with the real legends of vampires not movie versions. no i do not believe in vamps but if you are doing this show do your home work first…..duh.
zombies from 28 Days Later or L4D would kick vampire butt
Society's fascination with Zombies can be very productive. I maintain a map of commercial datacenters at http://www.UPTIMEdatabase.com. There are map overlays for all kinds of disasters (tornadoes, hurricanes, etc). I created one for Zombie Survivability as well. Even though the Zombie threat is, as yet, unrealized – the thought process used to rank each state's survivability is beneficial and the data referenced is all factual and properly sourced.
You can see the Zombie Survivability by state (U.S) at http://www.uptimedatabase.com/map.cshtml?overlay=…
Why did you guys use the old style zombies ??? The new ones can run and are learning / adapting… example… dawn of the dead remake, land of the dead and resident evil flicks
not to mention left 4 dead mutations in the zombie virus
Hi guys:
I tracked the Department of Homeland Security reviewing a zombie survivability by state projection/map that I'd posted on Sunday.
Here's the map… http://www.uptimedatabase.com/map.cshtml?overlay=…
And here's the screenshot of my site visitor tracking screen… http://www.uptimedatabase.com/article-dept-homela…
Cool eh?
please does vanpires existin pero yo no se
creo que si jaja pero no los zombies es impossible that they would exist
i think vampires will win they have speed + strength.
Anyone ever hear of a Vampire Apocalypse?
*oh snap*
Looks like this debate is over.
Seriously; if you break it down logically, yes, a Vampire will win against a limited amount of Zombies. But a full blown outbreak? GG everything on the planet. Including Vampires. Especially Vampires. They have so many fundamental weaknesses. Fatal allergy to UV rays? That’s a pretty common form of radiation… Limited food source? Human blood? And all you people talking about “daywalkers” and Vampires drinking animal blood can STFU. Seriously, you take away these principles, you don’t even have a vampire anymore. You just have a super powered human with a goth complex.
Face it, vampires have just as much probability of surviving a zombie apocalypse as humans do. If not less.
Um… simple fact. vampires can fly or at least jump long distances. not only that, but they can climb walls and hang on ceilings. the chances of a vamp getting cornered by zombies like in this stupid deadliest warrior scenario is downright bull. vamps would just go into their coffins and wait till all the zombies rotted away. they would wake up and then, presto, they win. if the dead have a fight, they could hit and run the zombies. swipe a few zombies heads off, jump on to the nearest building roof, swack a couple more while flying threw the air. and if there were too may zombies, they would just fly away.
something that these people didnt think about when they did this show is that the vampires are limited by the fact that zombies are dead and diseased. Any Vampire movie or story will tell you they cannot drink dead blood they will die and if they drink diseased blood they become diseased. No a Zombie bite will not turn a vampire into a zombie but if the vampire drinks any of the zombie's dead diseased blood it will likely die or become diseased so they a severly limited in that situation as they're teeth are a huge resource for them like an animal. also in most vampire movies or stories they can fly wouldnt a vampire just fly out of the line of fire? If it were a one on one fight the vampire would win because of the speed and strength they could easily just rip off the zombies head severing the brain from the spinal cord ending the zombie but multiple zombies and the one vampire the vampire is toast.
Though I may be late, but really twilight? those aren’t vampires, they are nothing but pansies. A REAL Vampire may be something to fear, but they are technically “Living” as they do not actually die if transformed from a Human. Zombies have the edge, numbers, determination, insticts of a killer, no needed substance to survive just the urge to eat an un ending hunger. AND unlike Vampires a single Zombie, is a 100% dumb acusation, if there is one there are more nearby.
vampire's won for sure
That was stupid they said that vampires couldn't get infected they have the same human qualities as us. Of course they can get infected. There were at least two more zombies to fight.
One vampire was bitten it should’ve turned into a vampire!!!!!
Vampires. Have you guys even seen 30 days of night
vampires! they kill with no mercy. Have you even seen 30 days of night
The issue is that zombies aren’t the opponent but the means for the virus to reproduce and spread. Once the vampire bite a zombie … Game over . Vampire infected at the least and if survives now a carrier so the virus still wins. Love the show but not a
Good match up since zombie are just mindless automatons of the virus. Werewolves vs vampires
A better match up
im weird so all im thinking, is no alligators do not have strongest bite, crocodiles beat them
It depends on the numbers of the horde, but my money would be on Vampire. I had a few issues with the some of the stats on both sides.
- Zombies are not 3x stronger than an average man. They may be slightly stronger due to their lack of self preservation, but only slightly and at a deteriorating rate. Not every zombie will be the same strength (something Max Brooks wrote about in his guide!).
- Vampires don't bleed out ever (It still bugs me that they had a vampire pass out from blood loss in Underworld, lol). If they do than there weakness is really just normal damage like a human. Are you telling me that one man with a gun is a match for the monsters in these movies? Of course not, so why would a bite to the neck kill them, no matter how much blood is spilled. I'll buy remove head or destroy brain/heart, but not blood loss.
- UNHINGING YOUR JAW WOULD MAKE YOUR BITE SIGNIFICANTLY WEAKER!!! Snakes unhinge there jaws to swallow prey. Swallow. Not bite. You would sacrifice the raw leverage power of the jaw if you dislocated or unhinged it.
so ausome
