The Doctor is back in action on Christmas Day with “Doctor Who: A Christmas Carol” with a special guest star in Michael Gambon, who will forever be known now as Professor Dumbledore …unless you’re old enough to remember “The Cook, the Thief, his Wife and her Lover.” The holiday adventure of the Time Lord airs that day on BBC America here in the States. I know i will be watching with egg nog and a smile…
