July 16, 2009 | 12:43 a.m.

Here’s a hot-from-the-oven trailer for “Despicable Me,” a July 2010 Universal release that stars Steve Carell (who is no stranger to voice work after “Horton Hears a Who” and “Over the Hedge“) as a nefarious villain along the lines of Dr. Evil or Syndrome. Also on board for the film: Danny McBride, Julie Andrews, Will Arnett and Russell Brand.
